Pre-Construction
To us, this is the most important part of the whole process. Time spent planning here is invaluable during the build phase. We'll help to gather and work through all of the details to establish a scope of work, and in turn, a comprehensive budget. We can conduct a constructability review of plans, and plan for tough site conditions that may be present. More than ever, early planning and ordering of products is essential to a seamless process. This is a good time to develop a landscape plan to incorporate any necessary infrastructure into the building process.
Build
We bring together the best professionals in the area under diligent supervision to guarantee the best outcome. During this phase we continually check up on the timeline and budget to manage realistic expectations. Your house is our office for the duration of this phase. Having a manager on site at all times ensures efficiency and quality.
Landscape/Hardscape
This is where you have an opportunity to connect your dream home with nature. Outdoor living spaces should become an extension of the house, connecting indoor and out. Even simple landscaping goes a long way to make your project beautiful.
Post Build
We put a lot of time and effort into your project, and want to make sure it stays beautiful. We are happy to work with you to set up a maintenance program for extended services outside of the warranty period. Long term care is essential to protect your investment.
